I needed new music this morning, so on a whim I downloaded what you pointed while I was getting my coffee at work. Shot in the dark considering I had never heard them, but I routinely do this with a 5% chance I'll actually like it. This is definitely a good album and I think I'll keep listening all weekend and search out their other material.

i've dug these dudes for years...
never met anyone else who liked em who wasn't from oregon.

saw these guys a couple times, once in weisbaden, germany. was a great show, germans loved it.

they are a great live band. first time i saw them, the dude came out with a bag on his head. kept it on through the first song. then took it off, only to reveal another bag. then under that was some like, 3 ninjas mask. and its freaky because the dude is just down in the crowd, and up in your face, with these scary masks and bags on his head, moving around like a mental patient.

and they just drink whisky the entire time, and hand it out to people crowd, so you're just getting really drunk with them while they playing.

and on fits, tracks 6-11 are much different than 1-5. im only saying that because i got into the latter part of the record before i really started to get into the first part.

and exposion is pretty great, i also included songs from their first record.

anyhow, they are SORT OF in the same vein as 31 knots, as far as being kind of all over the place, stylistically , but also really catchy.

either way, if you just put it on and just let it play while you drink and post on the PRP, you will like it.
